it is understood that when committee for pay anomoly of JTO post 2007 has conducted several times but still the committee for pay anamoly of post 2007 batch non-executive is existed in dark. all the executive association is fighting to save the post 2007 batch JTOs, but alas the non-executive who are facing the same fate as pay reduction, are in political bad patch being counted on vote. the recognized union has missed to catch the sentiments of the affected huge number of non-executives of post 2007 . Did they fail to represent 100% non-executive?. so freinds, it is the SNATTA which are continuosly trying in spite of all limitations and obstruction for the betterment of this cadre. Mind that by no means the unity should not be loosed. unity is the main part to fight. when SNATTA is working for you then you need to take active part in working of SNATTA.
