Earnakulam CAT has on 15th Mar-2011 given the verdict on the JTO Departmental Exam cases filed by several interests. As such the stay on JTO LICE automatically gets vacated. The orders of the CAT are available on the website of Hon CAT, Ernakulam. Case Nos. (202/2010) & (254/2010). CHQ is further analyzing the order of Hon CAT and will take suitable necessary action including the legal recourse if needed further to make all the 4000 DRTTAs eligible in the exam. We expect that the management would take notice of the sentiments and the just right of the DRTTAs and would conduct the exam at the earliest by incorporating the vacancies up to 31st Mar-2011.
