Clarification regarding JTO LICE for JTO (E) has been issued as:
required condition:
1. the employee should be below 50 years as on 15-05-2011
2. the employee should have 3 years diploma on or before 01-07-2009
3. 10 years regular service in gr. C as on or before 1st july of vacancy year.
