A meeting between circle secretary NFTE Smt Chitra Basu and Divisional Body Krishnagar SNATTA on 18-06-2011 at Krishnagar Telephone Exchange. the meeting continued for one hour. DS Amit Khan , Moumita Moitra ( Treasurer) , Ashoke Ghosh and others also present in the meeting. the discussion took place on the following matter:
1) Deterioration Of Service Of BSNL : it was placed that the Krishnagar SSA as wel as the West Bengal Circle is at lower level among all the other circle. trend of port out from BSNl is high comparatively wih others as their is severe network problem and mass number of BTS are out of service for a long. no follow up of the matter in our SSA level as well as in Circle level.
2) in BBD section customers are annoyed with us. No officers are taking the right measure to satisfy customer part. in wireline sector BSNL is still alone to Serve but how long it will be as we are unable to serve proper way and if the PVT oprator entered.
3) in Transmission Section weak administration and lethargy is the major obstruction to service. transmission section is to be more strong and well equipped. Alternate routes are yet not being utilized although capital investment were made before a long days.
4) lease line ckts are properly mmaintained and a follow up by the officers is to be done.
5) attitude of the officers are in a "dont care " & "careless" and by the by the below level employees are also trained by the line.
6) "Customer Delight Month" is with total failure. even Very little number of employees are aware of the fact. we Dont beleive in such programme. we believe in seeking root cause and permanent solution. when Recognized union are in total failure to motivate the employees to devote himself to service. all the trade Unions knows that in PSU if LOSS is continued what were occured in case of AIR INDIA and Burn Standard and hindistan cable and other sick PSU but we the DRTTAs appolotically want to know why there is no step to understand the emloyes what may be occured if this situation is continued? We shall appreciate if NFTE can do that. We think all the Union association will be a betrayer to its member if it is not highlighted to its member. we the DRTTAs are devoting the whole to it.
Afetr hearing all our irritation she promised to place all this mishap before CGM if we detail the same in written and also promised to bring all these to the notice GS NFTE.
