service providers, reveal latest figures on mobile number portability from the Indian telecom regulator.
As of April-end, more than 8.54 million requests for mobile number portability, or MNP, had come in from across the country, of which more than 2.2 million originated from these states, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India said on Monday.
