We the DRTTAs are genuinely serving to protect BSNL. everywhere we posted acquired the space edging out all the inconvenience. Performing the job additionally without any extra remuneration. All are calling us “the Backbone of BSNL”. But alas! We the DRTTAs are numerically suffered in all respect. Our present and the future is coincided with irrationality. No one can hear this genuine shout. Friends , how do you feel if our CHQ  considered to file court case? Yes this at this time may be right without alternative. But
friends when more problem will come what you will do? We can not fight all along through the court case. So what we can do? Mind that unity is the index of the success. Solid sharing is the only way we have left. Every member should take every part. Recently BRPSE recommended to revive BSNL. At the same time when VRS & 58 is considered, the BSNL,MTNL, ITI is also proposed to be merged. Management initiated to rationalize the staff from fixed line business to the todays mainstream telecom business like GSM sector, data communication sector and sales & marketing section. A report in news paper was published that the expected loss of BSNL FY 2011 is around 2725 crore which is 1.5 times more than previous year. What will be happened with your future? Should you silent over all this ? no, friends wake up and go ahead to SAVE the TTA cadre as well as BSNL. Friends 30% is our justified demand and it should be given. Pay anamoly/ Pay reduction was also happened to the DRJTOs for whom several meeting was conducted and it is revealed that management proposed some additional increment for settlement, but still all the Executive Associations is firm on their demand of E2 for jto. But what for us ? In previous NCM it was decided to form a committee for non-executive pay reduction. To form a committee, it is taking countless month even it may be  years. Friends, mind that only one union of non-executive is recognized as negotiating agent for non-executive employees in BSNL as per rule of verification in BSNL. it means 100% representation is to be given by that negotiating agent. When a mass number of new entrants of non-executives are suffering from 30% fitment policy & long pending ISSUEs like JTO LICE, pay scale upgradation, Designation Change etc  and if it is not solved then it will be revealed that they have failed to represent 100% non-executive employees. The   full responsibility goes to that only “negotiating Agent” to settle all this issues. Also I hope our alliance partner NFTE will try their best to solve this issues. They should not forget our dedication.  Friends,    30% fitment, JTO LICE will only be possible if our unity   reached the absolute label.  Mind that if SNATTA achieved something you will be benefitted by default but many many acheievment of the so called trade union may not favour your future. Don’t surrender yourself for individual interest as it will contribute to the dilution of overall interest bywhich you will be the complete sufferer morally and categorically. Friends  we have to go a long run in BSNL and we need to repelete each other in every step in bsnl and that’s why met SNATTA.     So, to whom you are liable?  you should Devote your part to enrich SNATTA.
