04-03-2011: repatriation order for "unabsorbed ITSs are issued" by DOT on 3rd nov, 2011.

Order for the ITSs is issued , now they are not allowed to stay in dual mode. The officers who have opt to remain in BSNL/MTNL will be absorbed in BSNL/MTNL. The rest part of the ITS group in BSNL/MTNL who have  not opt to be absorbed in BSNL will be reverted to DOT.
