our Meeting was started just at 3:30 pm on TRC Hall , Krishnagar Main Exchange Building. In spite of having the Rainy Day , the Maximum members were present at the meeting. Special thanks to them who came from the farthest end Like Ranaghat , bethuadahari, Tehatta etc Doscussion took place on the following matters:
1) Annual Financial Report Submitted by our Treasurer Moumita MOitra
2) Performance of Snatta during the period: -improvement of snatta
3) BSNL Service
4) further course of action
all these matter were dusiscussed cordially and decided the following matter:
1) meeting of snatta krishnagar to be done periodically after every four months to follow-up our agenda & increase our unity
2) Proposal from every end to be initiated regarding service of BSNL so that it may be placed before managment.
3) immediate initiation of Confirmation letter.
4) persuation of the matter of Security money immediately to GM
5)immediate settltement of billing related problem to avoid Disconnetion, proper bill distribution.
6) lastly we decide to dedicate more to uplift BSNL.
