Subject: Conduct of JTO departmental exam under 35% quota, regarding.

Dear Sir

The Honourable CAT Ernakulam has pronounced decision to conduct JTO departmental exam in the year 2009 and subsequently stay was granted by the same court on the examination.

The stay has now been vacated by Hon. CAT Ernakulam since long. But management has still not conducted the JTO departmental exam under 35% quota and has filed a review petition in the Hon CAT Ernakulam for want of certain clarifications. The decision of Hon CAT in no way restricts the BSNL management from conducting the JTO departmental examination and as such the conduct of JTO departmental examination under 35% quota may be immediately notified and if needed the result of the exam may be upheld till the final decision of the Hon. CAT, Ernakulam.

Your favourable early action in this regard will surely motivate the TTA cadre who is waiting for too long for a promotional opportunity.
