Telecom minister aiming for rural wireless broadband for 5-lakh villages from USOF fund. the process includes the private operators in addition to BSNL. source says in reply to a question "that we can not subsidy exclusively to BSNL that is for sure". the tender prcess will be complteted 2-3 months. attempted time for the work is one and half year.
