29-09-2011: Where is the trade unions specially the No.1 union & its JAC to say about service of BSNL & the so called "customer Delight Month:" when a high potential customer like mayapur is switching to "VODAFONE"?

where is the trade unions specially the No 1 union and its JAC & its " Customer Delight year" when a high potential custmer like mayapur ISCKON are getting out from BSNL & our GM is silently in a dont care attitude. ITSs have nothing linked with BSNL  But We have the union & Association specially we have the  recognised no 1 union & its JAC to save BSNL but practically nothing is being done through " Customer delight Year". In our SSA we find nothing special to save BSNL with "Customer Delight Year". Why not the trade unions & the Associations compelled our SSA head to initiate the alternate route of OFC to Mayapur to offer uninterrupted service and ISCKON may further came in when they will be assured for good service because they need only service uninterrupted. But no one is found careful... it is embarrasing to us that when faciliteis of BSNL employees are being curtailed only due to poor financial condition then we, the employees, are yet not carefull to service , to revenue of BSNL and also our unions & associations are not even asking the officers on service matters like this. We the young employees who have to go long run in BSNL appealed all the unions & Associatons to come out of convention & meeting on the matter and practically compel the management in all level to improve BSNL. we from Snatta will persue the matter soon, but our members should tell the matter of ISCKON to all other employees ask trade union leaders.
